Our mission
Employers in Croatia and the European Union are looking for experienced people, and those people often don’t know what they are worth or who is looking for them. Some have done the same job for years and never checked other offers. Some have moved abroad and don’t know what awaits them back home today. Some come from Latin America and other parts of the world in search of a better future for themselves and their families.
lavora.ai exists to connect those people and employers directly: transparently, efficiently and completely free of charge for candidates.
Our story
lavora.ai was founded by technology and digital services specialists based in Zagreb, with a deep understanding of the labour market in Croatia and Europe.
We saw that, for many people, looking for a job is slow, confusing and risky: lots of applications, few replies, and often the fear that their current employer will find out.
So we built a platform that puts the candidate at the centre. Your profile works for you, opportunities come to you, and you decide who gets to see you.
How we work
lavora.ai is a technology platform, not a recruitment agency. We do not place candidates, we do not charge candidates, and we do not act as an intermediary in the legal sense.
What we do is provide the digital infrastructure that makes the connection between talented professionals and European employers simple, transparent, and accessible.
