Our story
lavora.ai was created by a team of technology and digital services specialists based in Zagreb, Croatia, with a deep understanding of both the European labour market and the untapped potential of Latin American professionals.
We saw an industry dominated by intermediaries — agencies that charged candidates, obscured processes, and made international mobility unnecessarily difficult and expensive.
We decided to build something different. A platform powered by AI, designed to put the candidate in control — where your profile works for you, and opportunity comes to you.
